Delaso provides professional business/commercial language translation services from and into English (e.g., office correspondence, emails, marketing materials, guides, proposals, presentations, contracts, websites, signage, instructions, and reports) for all of the following languages:

Translations into the foreign language are carried out by native speakers of that language, whilst translations into English are carried out by native English-speaking translators. All of our translators are language graduates and have extensive experience of high quality commercial translating.

All materials submitted for translation are treated in the strictest confidence.


Pricing

Our pricing is realistic and highly competitive. You can rest assured our prices will always be fair whichever translation option you choose which is why we will always give you a realistic quote upon submission of your materials, before any translation work has started.

Translations are priced according to the total number of words in the source materials (the document(s) you submit to us) and final costs will depend on the urgency and level of professional finish you require. This means that materials requiring urgent translation will command a higher price than those which are less urgent. Also, where weekend or evening work is required, an additional cost will be charged.

To give you an indication of costs per 1000 words for a general (non-complex) text from English into Norwegian, for example, approximately £100 (+ VAT) would be charged.

Our minimum charge per translation is £40 (+VAT).



Translation Options

You can choose from two translation options:

Draft Translation is an economical way of translating internal office documentation and provides you with an initial translated draft of your material.

Standard Translation offers you a high quality, accurate and polished translation of your source materials.




Source Materials

For urgent turn-around translations we require your source documentation in electronic format e.g. MS Word. Where longer turn-around times are acceptable, we can also translate handwritten materials, as well as documents in other printed formats.

Wherever possible, our translators will maintain the integrity and formatting of the original document, including spreadsheets, tables, etc.



Deadlines

You name your deadline and we’ll do our best to meet it. It may help to know that a translator would translate, on average, 1500 to 2000 words per day.
